FRIDLEY CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 24, 2011

            1.         Variance Reducing the Setback from the Ordinary
                        High Water Level from 100 Feet to 78 Feet;
 
            2.         Variance Reducing the Bluff Setback from
                        40 Feet to 11 Feet;
 
            3.         Variance Increasing the Size of a First Accessory
                        Structure from 1,000 Square Feet to 1,900 Square
                        Feet;
 
            4.         Variance Increasing the Size of all Accessory
                        Structures on the Property from 1,400 Square Feet to
                        1,900 Square Feet; and,
