The City of Fridley is pleased to offer our customers the option to pay their utility bills online or via Interactive Voice Response (IVR).  Paymentus Corporation is a third party automated payment service that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Check.

Pay My Bill Online

You can pay your bill anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Paymentus charges a $2.00 service fee for each transaction.

For security reasons, there is a $300 limit per transaction.

What do I need to use this service?

To use either the online payment option or the IVR option you will need the following information:

• Your Fridley account number
• The balance owed on your bill
• Your credit card number or check routing information
• A valid email address for your confirmation receipt (online payments only)

Why is there a service fee?

As an independent company providing a service to the city and its residents, Paymentus Corporation charges a service fee to cover payment handling and processing charges.   The City of Fridley does not receive any part of the service fee.
