We are a group of adults who meet in the Fridley Community Center (6085- 7th Street View Map) where services and activities are provided during the day to enhance physical and mental well-being, independence, and encourage involvement in the community. Our activities offer great opportunities for meeting old friends and making new ones.

We have health clinics, instruction classes, clubs, special events, wellness classes, support groups, social services, trips and more. Our facility is completely handicapped accessible.
