Foot Care Clinic

Wednesdays     10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
The Senior Program, in cooperation with Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota, sponsors a monthly Foot Care Clinic. Clients will have their nails trimmed, calluses pumiced and feet massaged. Program requires a doctor's written order. Appointments can be made for the first and third Wednesday of each month from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Fridley Community Center (30-minute intervals) by calling 763-502-5150. $20 is paid to the Health Aid from Presbyterian Homes at the time of your appointment.

Brain Boosters

Tuesdays     9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
Curriculum contains educational material on the brain and how it works plus fun games and exercises to promote improved memory function and retention. When it comes to mental fitness the adage use it or lose it does apply so come have some fun with us!

Health Insurance Counseling

Thursdays     10:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
If you are looking for information regarding Medicare, supplemental health insurance, Medical Assistance or other health insurance related topics, call 763-422-7528 to schedule a 45-minute appointment to meet with a health insurance counselor. Counselors are from the State Health Insurance Assistance Program of Anoka County and provide free information and answers to your questions. Appointments are available on the third and fourth Thursday of each month.

Enhanced Fitness

M, Tu, Th     1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Improve your flexibility, bone density, and stability with this fun interactive excerise program. Remember consistency and commitment are the key to a successful exercise program.

Senior Exercise

M, W, Th      8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
This class is geared for older adults and includes walking, light weight training, and flexibility exercises. Class meets three times each week, but participants are welcome to drop in as their schedule allows.
