August 21, 2020
The following week you can expect work to continue on restoration of the project area, raising of manholes to final grade and finishing traffic signal work at 69th and Central Avenue. This week's notice has a look ahead at the week of August 31st and important reminders about parking in the construction area.
August 7, 2020
Coming up the week of August 10 there will be final preparation for paving and paving will begin. Reminders about parking and what to expect when the asphalt is placed is found in the emailed update below.
July 24th, 2020
The week of July 27th the contractor will be starting traffic light revisions, continuing concrete work and preparing for paving. More information can be found in the latest emailed notice found below.
June 26th, 2020
The week of June 29th concrete work will continue taking place along the south side of 69th Avenue. Please note that dates are subject to change due to weather. More information is included in the weekly construction update emailed to residents on Friday, June 26th and linked below.
June 25, 2020
Concrete work is going to taking place along 69th Avenue from Central Avenue to County Rd H on Friday, June 26th. If curb has been removed from the front of your driveway, please park vehicles on adjacent streets (Siverts Lane or Shamrock Lane) prior to 7:00 am on Friday, June 26th. A notice was hand delivered to all affected residents and can be viewed below.
June 19, 2020
Parking reminder - please do not park cars on 69th Avenue or Anoka Street from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday to ensure the contractor has the space needed to complete the project. Construction will continue the week of June 22nd with grading the roadway and storm sewer work. More information is in this week’s public notice.
June 12, 2020
Construction will continue the week of June 15th with removal of concrete curb and gutter. The emailed public notice for this week also includes some important information about parking and temporary mailboxes. Please contact the Engineering Division with questions or concerns.
