City of Fridley Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Lot Split by B&D Mathews Investments LLC
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will a public hearing on January 20, 2021 at 7:00 pm via telephone or other electronic means.
Consideration of a Lot Split, LS #21-02, by B&D Mathews Investments LLC, to subdivide the lot at 351 74th Avenue into two lots, the legal description is on file and available at Fridley Civic Campus.
The City Council will consider this item on February 8, 2021.
In accordance with the recommendations of Governor Walz’s Emergency Executive Orders 20-99 and 20-103, which recommend remote meetings whenever possible, the January 20, 2021 Planning Commission meeting will be held via Zoom meeting.

Public Comment During a Meeting
During the meeting, members of the public that wish to comment may join the meeting on the Zoom webinar platform. Attendees will be able to click the "raise hand button" and alert City staff that they wish to comment.
